Am Samstag stand bei der WSOP Las Vegas mit dem $10.000 Pot Limit Omaha-Turnier das nächste World Championship Event im Kalender. Mit 439 Startern waren es ein paar mehr als im Vorjahr. Bis jetzt liegen schon $4.126.600 im Preispool, doch auf die endgültigen Zahlen müssen wir noch warten, da die Late-Registration noch bis zum Start von Tag 2 geöffnet ist. Nach zehn gespielten Levels à 60 Minuten durften noch 175 Pokercracks ihre Chips eintüten. Den Chiplead hält der US-Amerikaner Ryan Hughes mit 238 Big Blinds. Bester deutschsprachiger Spieler in Tag 2 ist Eric Rabl aus der Schweiz mit 123 Big Blinds. Außerdem noch mit von der Partie sind, Florian Strasser (AUT), Anton Morgenstern (GER), Felix Bleiker (SUI), Viacheslav Ortvnskiv (AUT), Max Lehmanski (GER) und Tobias Ziegler (GER).

Tag 2 beginnt am Sonntagabend im Level 11 bei Blinds 1.000/2.000. Der Average beträgt 125.429 (63 Big Blinds).
