Der Live-Pokerzirkus ist weltweit zum Erliegen gekommen und das hat zur Folge, dass sich Veranstalter und Online-Anbieter immer öfter zusammenschließen und neue Online-Turnierserien aus dem Boden schießen.
Vor allem partypoker ist hier sehr aktiv zu sein, denn nach der Ankündigung Anfang der Woche, die Irish Open im April online auszuspielen, wird jetzt in Kooperation mit Poker Central auch das Poker Masters im April online bei partypoker sein Debüt feiern.
Das von Poker Central 2017 erstmals veranstaltete Poker Masters ist eigentlich eine High Roller-Turnierserie, die bisher ausschließlich live im Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas ausgetragen wurde. 
Jetzt bringt Poker Central die Serie mit partypoker vom 12. bis zum 26. April an die virtuellen Tische und für die insgesamt 30 Events werden satte $15.250.00 an Preisgeldern garantiert. Zudem wird auch online der „Player of the Series“ mit einem violetten Sakko plus $50.000 Preisgeld ausgezeichnet.
Der Großteil der Events wird dabei mit $10.300 Buy-in angeboten, aber es sind auch fünf $25.500-Events und vor allem der $51.000 Main Event, für den allein $2 Million garantiert werden, im Angebot.
Das ausgerechnet partypoker als Partner von Poker Central fungiert überrascht wenig, schließlich wurde in der Vergangenheit schon bei zahlreichen Veranstaltungen kooperiert. Zuletzt bei der partypoker Super High Roller Series Russia in Sotschi Anfang März.
