Die Sunday Majors standen gestern wieder bei PokerStars an. Neben den Klassikern wie der Sunday Million und dem Sunday Warm-Up gab es gestern noch das Sunday-Storm Rekord-Event mit 1 Million Dollar garantiert.
Bei einem Buy-in von $11 mussten also über 100.000 Spieler mitspielen, damit es kein Overlay gab. Aber 116.400 Spieler sorgten für einen noch größeren Preispool und nach fast 13 Stunden Spielzeit stand der Sieger fest, der wieder einmal aus Deutschland kam.
‚chrjs2k‚ war der glückliche Gewinner, der sich nach einem Deal über $81.604 freuen durfte. Irgendwie hat man das Gefühl, als ob die deutschsprachigen Pokerspieler momentan erfolgreicher sind denn je. Zum ersten mal gab es im November mit Pius Heinz einen deutschen WSOP-Main Event Gewinner,Ronny Kaiser, Martin Schleich, Benny Spindler und Martin Finger gewannen bereits eine EPT und auch Online jagt die deutsche Poker-Elite einen Erfolg nach dem anderen. So darf es auch gerne im nächsten Jahr weitergehen.
