Zum Finale des WSOP $1.500 Pot-Limit Omaha HiLo Event traten in der Nacht von Donnerstag auf Freitag die 20 Besten der letzten zwei Tage an. Mit Daniel Negreanu, Eli Elezra, Mike Matusow, Bruno Fitoussi und Vorjahres-Titelverteidiger Nathan Gamble war das Finale hochkarätig besetzt. Am Ende durchgesetzt hat sich jedoch der US-Profispieler Joseph Couden, auch wenn Bruno Fitoussi, Eli Elezra und Mike Matusow harte Konkurrenz darstellten am Finaltisch. Für Couden war es das erste WSOP Bracelet, obendrauf gab es eine Prämie in Höhe von $244.370.
