Das €5.300 Main Event der PokerStars European Poker Tour Prag im Hilton Hotel Prag steht vor der Entscheidung – nur noch sieben Spieler sind im Rennen um den €1.019.300 schweren Titel des Champions!
Am Vortag waren bereits alle DACH-Spieler ausgeschieden, sodass am Ende ein Feld aus 16 Verbleibenden ohne Beteiligung aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz um einen Platz am Final Table kämpften.
Auf dem Weg dahin schied auch die letzte weibliche Grinderin aus dem Feld aus. Auf Platz 14 war für Maria Lampropulos aus Argentinien Schluss – €50.300 gab es als Belohnung.
Auch für Tobias Peters (NED, Platz 11 – €72.400), Thomas Bazin (FRA, Platz 9 – €94.150) und Ding Fan (CHN, Platz 8 – €122.400) war vor der Entscheidung der Traum vom Sieg vorbei.
Nun haben noch sieben Spieler die Chance auf den €1.019.300-Sieg des EPT Prag Main Events sicher. Alle verbliebenen Cracks haben €159.160 sicher.
In Führungsposition sitzt derzeit der Türke Ermin Kurtulus mit 12,3 Mio. Chips vor dem Israeli Matan Krakow, der in zweiter Position 9,7 Mio. Chips eintüten konnte.
Kurtulus spielt jedes Jahr ein oder zwei EPT-Events, doch casht das erste Mal in diesem Jahr – und dann gleich groß. Der 54-Jährige steht jetzt vor der Aussicht, aus seinem ersten Cash gleich einen ganz großen Sieg zu machen.
Mit gewissem Abstand sitzt Traian Stanciu aus Rumänien mit 5,3 Mio. Chips in dritter Position.
Ansonsten haben mit Dimitrios Gkatzas ein Grieche, mit Paawan Bansal ein Inder und Vitezslav Cech aus Tschechien noch Aussicht auf den Sieg.
Abgeschlossen wird das Feld vom irischen Streamer und Online-Grinder Conor O’Driscoll, der als Shortstack mit 1,22 Mio. Chips in letzter Position sitzt.
Weiter geht es in Level 31, bei Blinds 75.000/150.000 (150.000 BB Ante) um 12:00 Uhr Ortszeit – ein Livestream wird es mit 30 Minuten Delay geben.
