Bei den Irish Poker Open powered by PokerStars Live wurde am gestrigen Donnerstag der dritte Starttag im €1.150 Main Event mit einer Garantie von €2,5 Millionen angeboten.

Das legendäre Pokerturnier bietet fünf Starttage. Während der ersten beiden waren bisher 1.176 Entries zusammengekommen und am gestrigen Tag 1C kamen weitere 1.065 hinzu. Somit liegen wir nun bei insgesamt 2.241 mit zwei verbleibenden Starttagen am Oster-Wochenende. Die Chance besteht also, den Rekord von 4.562 aus dem Vorjahr zu knacken.
252 Spieler schafften den Sprung aus dem gestrigen Starttag in den Tag 2 am Samstag um 12:00 Uhr. Als Chipleader konnte hier der Engländer Alexander Rizvi mit 748.000 Chips hervorgehen. Die beste DACH-Platzierung legte Adrian Thomas Vogt aus der Schweiz hin. Er beendete den Spieltag mit 480.000 Chips auf Rang 10.

Das €10.000 Super High Roller fand insgesamt 13 Entries und somit wurde um einen €130.000 Preispool gespielt. Zwei Spieler erhielten einen Anteil daran und am Ende war es der Finne Roope Tarmi, der Joris Ruijs aus den Niederlanden im Heads-Up schlagen und somit den Sieg feiern konnte.
Dafür kassierte er €79.945, die er seinem €88.000 Preisgeld aus seinem €5k High Roller Gewinn vom Vortag hinzufügen kann. Läuft bei ihm!
