Wie zu erwarten war der Andrang beim $1.500 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed Event sehr groß und so kauften sich stolze 1.748 in dieses Massenevent ein. Nach zwei gespielten Tagen sind nur noch 21 Teilnehmer im Rennen, und der Ismael Bojang liegt mit 627.000 Chips an der ausgezeichneten 9. Position. Bojang hat bereits ein Preisgeld in Höhe von $15.919 sicher, auf den Sieger warten stolze $393.273 und ein WSOP Bracelet.
Als absoluter Chipleader beendete der Kanadier Demosthenes Kiriopoulos mit 1.450.000 den Tag, vor dem US-Amerikaner Anthony Marquez mit 998.000 Chips.
