Die High Stakes-Pokerwelt in Las Vegas ist erneut in Aufruhr, diesmal ist Jean-Robert Bellande in den Fokus von Chefermittler Bill Perkins geraten. Der war in der fraglichen Nacht zwar nicht am Start, bekam aber vertrauliche Informationen von seinem Spezi Dan Bilzerian zugespielt, der wie Perkins Opfer im Ghosting Skandal und Daniel Jungleman Cates war. Diesmal soll JRB in einer von ihm organisierten Runde, an der Bilzerian teilgenommen hat, betrogen haben.
Bellande schmeckte das überhaupt, insbesondere, da er Bilzerian bis dato scheinbar zu seinen guten Freunden zählte. Bei Twitter machte er seinem Ärger Luft und postete auch gleich noch den Chatverlauf bei WhatsApp.

Bill Perkins schaltete sich ein, twitterte „More cheat drama Vegas home game… people playing in games that are cheat games immediately become suspect IMHO.“ Doch die Anschuldigungen waren offensichtlich nicht haltbar, sodass er zurückruderte.
Update 2: Expert has reviewed equipment, done interviews , etc and is confident(high 90s) there was no cheating, the only questionable issue is the backing multiple players in a game. This is what lead to the conclusion of accuser(plus wacky play) . @Chad_Power @DanBilzerian

Betrogen wurde also offensichtlich nicht, Perkins hält es aber für fraglich, ob der Host einer Pokerrunde, der selbst mitspielt, 50 Prozent der Action von gleich zwei Spielern kaufen darf. Noch dazu ohne es vorher zu kommunizieren. Bei einer Umfrage dazu gaben ihm seine Follower recht.
Da ich kein Highstakes-Spieler bin, kann ich nicht beurteilen, wie so etwas gehandhabt wird und schließe mich aus aktuellem Anlass einfach der Einschätzung von Jordan Vargas an:
